WHO WE ARE
Nestled in the East Styrian hills, our small manufactory is located in the municipality of Buch-St. Magdalena. Inspired by the Styrian forests and its produce, it is our goal to get 100% natural ingredients authentically into the bottle!
Thus, spruce saplings, pine cones, rowan berries, forest blueberries or acacia honey bring unique and distinctive flavours into our products!
Whether Fuxbau Distilled Gin, Fuxbau Forest Berry or Fuxbau Rowan Berry, our products are not only developed in detail by us but also lovingly produced by hand.

THE IDEA OF FUXBAU!
The idea to produce spirits came to us during a pleasure trip, where we visited various restaurants and bars during a city trip in Berlin. After we had sunk one or the other gin and tonic, we were suddenly obsessed with creating our own gin! No sooner said than done, we bought a small copper distillery. Two years later, our Distilled Gin was ready to go!
The naming of our products turned out to be relatively easy, our last names Fuchs and Bauer united to FUXBAU!

HANDMADE IN AUSTRIA
Craftsmanship is probably the expression that best describes our products and our understanding of quality and regionality. For example, the path to Fuxbau Distilled Gin begins with the plucking of the spruce shoots / spruce tips and ends with the stamping of the seal.
Our products are produced in small quantities, i.e. small batch. Only in this way can we guarantee that everything is done by ourselves during production and that the finished product meets our quality and taste standards!
