Breslauer Gin
Breslauer Gin is a handmade Polish product that is produced in our own distillery in Wrocław.
In 2019 we started developing our own production methods together with botanicals compositions which resulted in a portfolio of 4 spirits.
These all surprise consumers with original tastes and outstanding intensity.
In the making of our products we use only the highest quality, natural botanicals. All spices, herbs and fruits that can be found in Poland are sourced locally from small suppliers. Juniper, being the base of all our compositions comes from the UNESCO World Heritage Centre of Białowieża Forest.

Why And How Are We Making Gin?
We wanted to create new quality that was not easy to be found on the market. Gin with unprecedented taste, intense and distinctive, perfect for mixing in cocktails where gin plays the leading role but most of all - ideally suited for drinking neat or on the rocks. And we've managed to achieve all that with Breslauer Gin.

Uncommon flavours and intensity of aromas that we have managed to enclose in each Breslauer Gin bottle comes from prolonged time when the botanicals steep in the base spirit. Additionally, when we use any ingredient we use it in great amounts.

What Makes Breslauer Gin So Special?
There are thousands of gin brands in the world, but the vast majority of them have quite similar taste profiles differing only with subtleties and nuances. All this comes from choosing as a base for their recipes a well established mix of traditionally used gin botanicals apart from juniper (e.g. angelica root, coriander seeds and licorice).
We've decided to take a non-conservative approach so that our gins can be distinguished from anything else by just the first sniff, and even by a not well trained nose. This fact, coupled with the great diversity of aromas within our own portfolio, creates much higher potential for getting customers to fall in love with our products and keep coming back to buy more.
