My ambition is to break new ground, to innovate, to surprise, by offering authentic but unconventional whiskies.
This means making bold choices, while being truly respectful of the spirits and craftsmen with whom I have the honour of working.
Essentially, my bottlings embody the motto that has guided this adventure since day one: Whisky Is The Limit!
On the other hand, my recommendation would be to never translate "Whisky Is The Limit": it will always be less effective than in English.

OUR STORY
The story of Whisky Is The Limit began about 10 years ago, when my wife’s grandfather gifted me a few bottles of single malt whisky... A new discovery which quickly turned into a real passion, a subject of daily discussions and explorations. At that time, nobody suspected that whisky would one day become my profession.
Looking for a place to feed my curiosity, I created the Instagram account «Whisky Is The Limit» in 2016, joining an online community of enthusiasts from all over the world. This was also the time when I started hosting my first tastings with some close friends, later followed by their friends, and so on...

Our Mentality
In 2017, my wife and I set off to discover Scotland, the birthplace of whisky. During a month, we visited nearly thirty Scotch distilleries, meeting places and people as diverse as the landscapes of this magnificent country. On our return to Switzerland, my decision was clear - I quit my job in order to fully devote myself to my new activity, with one goal in mind – launching my own brand.
Being an independent bottler means expressing myself through whisky. It is the major step in a journey full of flavours, sharing and pleasure. It’s also the answer to an obser- vation that I have made far too often in recent years, as the whisky industry is going through a real golden age. While most major brands look alike, their products don’t match the new customer’s identity.
Whisky Is The Limit is our motto and mentality because we love Whisky
