AMH Distillery
In 2017, we founded our locally sourced distillery AMH Häußer in Zaberfeld, Germany. Here, we can really live our passion for nature and our positive attitude towards life in both our apiary and the distillery. We love what we do. From growing local fruit in our orchards to harvesting, distilling and creating great tasting spirits. And you can taste it!
Beekeeping provides us not only with delicious honey, but is also responsible for the noticeably better crop yield due to pollination. This in turn benefits our spirits. You can see - we focus on naturalness, regionality and creativity, coupled with expertise, passion and tireless commitment.

AUTHENTIC HANDMADE TASTE
We produce what we like, what tastes great and thus we like to try out different and unusual recipes. Our spirits are created from only 100% natural produce which we pick in our own orchards. Working in and with nature means that sometimes it can happen that we no longer have a particular product. Of course, this is a pity, but we believe that a special taste should always remain something special.
The numerous organic berry bushes are our little favourites, from which we conjure up delicious liqueurs and schnapps, and also sometimes conserves. You can watch all this over our shoulders in our show distillery and of course, purchase them directly in our on-site shop. We have plenty of creative ideas and we hope that we will also meet your taste expectations.

From regional cultivation to harvesting and subsequent distillation - we rely on our concentrated expertise and creative ideas. Care, passion and a good portion of courage - these are the factors you can taste when enjoying our distillates. Our Apple Brandy Cuvée, which convinces with its aromatic notes. It is distilled from the best hand-picked Zabergäuer apples from our own orchards. Perfectly balanced for a pure enjoyment.
